What to include
To help us investigate faster, please include:
- the Keragi version and platform (for example the wasmx host version, Linux x86_64, web client);
- your deployment type (single machine, main server + connector, self-hosted or cloud);
- steps to reproduce the issue, expected result and actual result;
- relevant logs or error messages (remove secrets, passwords, private keys and full message content first).
Security notes
- Do not send
JWT_SECRET, administrator passwords, private keys, conversation keys or full backups by email. - Redact logs before sending; do not send credentials that can be used to sign in to your deployment.
- For security vulnerabilities, send a summary first rather than full exploit details.
